I am a finance and project management professional, social entrepreneur and community leader with nearly three decades of experience across finance, public administration, diplomacy and the non-profit sector in Albania and the United Kingdom.

My work is driven by a clear purpose: to create opportunities for young people and women, strengthen their voices and leadership, and promote Albanian culture internationally. Whether developing a project, building a partnership or bringing communities together, I lead with integrity, determination and the belief that meaningful change begins when people are given the opportunity to contribute.
